Sevilla FC vs Real Sociedad

Today Sevilla will try to keep their unbeaten streak to start the La Liga season intact facing an up and down Real Sociedad team.  Sevilla is coming off a great performance in Cordoba on Sunday with a 3-1 victory with Carlos Bacca scoring a brace.  Sociedad is coming off a loss to Almeria where their side hit the post four times before succumbing a 2-1 loss at home.

It’s hard to say there are important games this early in the season, but when May comes around and we look back analyzing the season, beating this Real Sociedad team who has Champions League aspirations, could prove to be a vital win.  There are many questions for Emery on who he will start having to manage 4 games in 14 days.  Who will get some rest?  Will Bacca start again?  Will Rico surrender the goal to Beto after filling in admirably?  Answers will happen around 3pm for the 4pm Eastern game time.

So enjoy what is left of your work day, and come back and join us at game time for live updates and in-game analysis by our friendly members of Monchi’s Men!
